      Haven't tried yet, but I hope it's a user friendly as the other ratings say! I am using it to replace egg in a recipe for a friend who doesn't eat egg or egg in anything.... thanks!

      We woke up with the worst craving for waffles, and I didn't have any eggs. Soooo, instead of making a long distracting trip into the store, I used this recipe! Oh yes! GREAT waffles! You would never have guessed there wasn't an egg in the batch! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
