  1. boil broth.
  2. mix starch and water, then add mixture to broth.
  3. add egg, and mix quickly for 10 seconds.
  4. add tofu and peas.
  5. boil for another 7 minutes.
  6. garnish with green onions.

This is really good soup! My family says its restaurant quality! I think it looks very pretty and makes a nice presentation. Thanks for sharing, its a keeper and will be part of our regular meals.
