Simple and very tasty. I followed this recipe, however, I used chopped red onion, cooked turkey bacon and added 1/2 tsp of seasoning salt. I think next time I might also add green bell pepper and mushroom for a variation. When I first saw these ingredients I expected that this might be like a Quiche or an omelette but I was wrong. The bread makes it interesting and I like using bread that is a great source of fiber. THANKS for contributing to my collection of delicious recipes!
Great anytime of day or night. Add a green salad and you have a quick easy meal no mater what time of day or night. Turned out light and fluffy with the ham providing plenty of flavor and salt. The only change I made was to use eggbeaters in place of whole eggs. Thanks for the post.

This was such a good meal. My husband and I got a rare night alone and I needed something quick easy but good. This was perfect. Can't wait to make it again! It is a very adaptable recipe as well.
These were very easy and pretty darn good. It was nice that I could just toss it together and throw it in my toaster oven and then go about making my potatoes on the stove. I forgot to mix in the cheese, but just put it on top instead. The eggs were very fluffy!
This was super-simple and really tasty! I highly recommend this dish. Omitted green onions. It's a big hit with my parents and sister (in college). They ask me to make it often (ingredients x3 or x4, depending) and there are never leftovers! Usually ends up in the oven for at least 35 or 40 minutes.
this was great! i used this method for the ingredients i had on hand. used heavy cream instead of milk, a dash of hot sauce, seasoned bread cubes, red onion, bell peppers, mexican cheese blend and salt and pepper. i didn't add meat since i was serving with bacon and abelskievers. this was so delish! and so easy to throw together too! it tasted like a baked frittata. thanks for posting!
Since I was the only one eating this is was the perfect amount, I ate the whole thing myself and enjoyed every bite! I did some amount adjustments and used Swiss cheese in place of the cheddar and also sprinkled some on top, thanks for sharing Lainey!
We use this recipe from Pampered Chef all the time. It is really versatile and perfect for jut two!
