Yum! I used red onion instead of green, added bell peppers and used sausage instead of ham (didn't have any.) Also added a splash of worchestershire sauce and some dry mustard, salt/pepper. This is a great base recipe...you can add anything you want! Thanks for sharing!

A terrific brunch yesterday, i loved it. The bread gives it texture and the ham and cheese are always a winning combination.

Love that this is portioned down for two! I'm always having to adjust recipes as there's only two of us in my house, so this was great! Tasted really good; ham and cheese is one of my favourite combinations. I also think you could really switch up the flavours on this and add all sorts. Super tasty and versatile dish!

This is a great recipe that I made for dinner last night. It's so easy and it uses the staples that any household would have on hand. I added bacon along with the ham, but next time I will be adding veggies. On a side note, don't forget to scramble the eggs first!

Thoroughly enjoyed. Be sure to include the green onion, though. I think that was the key ingredient in providing the flavor.

I loved this recipe, so easy and quick. I made a veggie version with a yellow bell pepper instead of ham/bacon though I think I'll try it with sausage, maybe Chorizo, next time to give it some kick! I'll definitely be making this again :D

Wonderful filling breakfast for two!!! I made this as written except I used croutons in place of the bread and added some salt and pepper to the egg mixture. I enjoyed mine with 1/2 of a grapefruit. Thanks for sharing the recipe, great one for us empty nesters. Made for PRMR Tag Game.
