Eggbeaters are more than just egg whites. This does not keep well so make up only what you want to use. You can freeze the leftovers.
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon powdered milk
- 2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
- Mix until well blended.
This was good! I did add the food colouring because I didn't like the look of it without. I usually just scramble plain ol' egg whites, but this tasted better and looked great! Made for Went to the Market tag game. Thanks Nyteglori! :)
THIS IS SO AWESOME! DH and I are on weight watchers and go through a LOT of eggbeaters. It was getting kind of expensive and now we can spend that $ on fruit & veg. THANKS!!
