A healthier egg bake that my family enjoys.

Directions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a non stick 9 by 9 baking pan.
  3. Beat eggs and milk in a medium bowl.
  4. Add pancake. Mix and continue to stir.
  5. Add grated cheese sausage and spinich.
  6. Stir.
  7. add seasonings as you would like.
  8. Pour into baking pan.
  9. Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes.
