This has to be the most easiest breakfast(or supper) I've seen my kids enjoy! My Grandmother used to make this for my Dad when he was younger, and his 12 brothers and sisters! It ended up being a Friday night special for us growing up, and now my kids love it too.
- Spray oven safe dish (I use pyrex) with non-stck spray.
- Place sliced cheese in a cicle or square.
- Crack egg (s) into the center.
- Cook in oven for 15-20 minute at 350 degrees F.
- Serve with toast.
