A simple and beautiful way to serve eggs. Fundamentally just a 4-ingredient souffle, the outcome makes you feel like you are eating real clouds.

Directions

  1. separate egg whites and yolks into two separate bowls.
  2. beat whites until stiffish.
  3. add powdered sugar and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla to whites.
  4. mix until ingredients are blended.

  6. in separate bowl, beat egg yolks until blended.
  7. add white sugar and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla to yolks.
  8. mix until ingredients are blended.

  10. pour yolk mixture into loaf pan or ramekins.
  11. sprinkle cinnamon evenly on top.
  12. gently spoon whites mixture on top.
  13. sprinkle with powdered sugar

  15. bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
