These taste VERY meaty! Fast and easy!
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup ground walnuts
- 1 cup oatmeal (NOT instant)
- 3 tablespoons milk or 3 tablespoons soymilk
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- Combine to form patties.
- Brown patties on both sides in 2 T. oil.
- Add 1/2 Cup water and 1 T. soy sauce to patties.
- Cover, simmer till liquid is almost evaporated.
