Eco-Licious Chocolate Cupcakes !

ingredients

• 295.73 ml flour
• 3.69 ml baking soda
• 2.46 ml salt
• 236.59 ml organic cocoa powder
• 9.85 ml vanilla
• 118.29 ml sour cream
• 236.59 ml butter
• 414.03 ml sugar
• 2 eggs
• 236.59 ml boiling water

directions

1. pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. in a medium bowl, mix flour,baking soda,and salt.
3. in a separate bowl (i prefer a small bowl) add boiling water and cocoa powder ,then wisk until smooth.
4. add vanilla and sour cream.
5. in a third bowl ( i prefer a large bowl) cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
6. add eggs one at a time ,mixing well.
7. slowly stirring, add one third of the flour and a third of the chocolate mix.
8. spoon into cupcake pan 2/3 full.
9. bake for 20-25 minutes.
10. transfer cupcakes to a wire rack to cool.
