Made these eclairs for a family dinner and they were loved by all. I made them slightly smaller and got 15 shells. Recipe is technically easy with great directions. I will be making these often.
this was the first time I made eclairs. It was easy, but I recommend piping the dough on to the cookie sheet. I also made them smaller. I put the icing in a freezer bag, cut a small corner off and did cute designs on top. Everyone thought I bought them.
These were so amazing. I made them when we had some friends over and they each had 3! They are so much better than any other eclair I have ever had. The filling was the best part! Thanks!
