My aunty has this every morning and swears this is how she maintains such a healthy body. I tried it and can't get enough of the stuff.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 slices vogals bread (very important it's vogals)
  • 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 2 teaspoons vegemite or 2 teaspoons marmite

Directions

  1. Toast Vogals bread.
  2. Spread vegemite or marmite evenly out over toast.
  3. Top with cottage cheese.
  4. Add more cheese if you need to.
  5. Enjoy.
