My aunty has this every morning and swears this is how she maintains such a healthy body. I tried it and can't get enough of the stuff.
- 2 slices vogals bread (very important it's vogals)
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
- 2 teaspoons vegemite or 2 teaspoons marmite
- Toast Vogals bread.
- Spread vegemite or marmite evenly out over toast.
- Top with cottage cheese.
- Add more cheese if you need to.
