Quick and easy - low fat pudding or snack - you have the option of adding yoghurt or ice cream (if your not dieting) -
- Cut banana in half length ways.
- Spread chocolate spread on banana like a sandwich.
- Wrap with tin foil
- Put under grill for 5 - 10 minutes.
Oh wow, this is sooo good. So quick too. I baked it at 400 F for 10-15 minutes. Definitely goes into the favorites cookbook.
