directions

  • Boil your chicken for 18 minutes, remove from heat and shred. Over low heat, melt 2 bricks of cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add 8oz bottle of Ranch dressing, stirring constantly until smooth. Add 1 lb of chicken to pot. Slowly add Texas Pete's Hot Sauce to taste. I usually always at least use 1/4 of the bottle and add more depending on how spicy we want it. Heat until well blended and hot. Serve with tortilla chips of choice and ENJOY!

Hi! I am new to cooking. We just got our own place and I love experimenting. The recipes on here are amazing and some of our best dinners have come from them. I am a mother of a 2 year old and in Nursing school, so when I find the time to cook it truly is one of my favorite hobbies. I get great recipes from my mother-in-law who is teaching me that sometimes the best meals come from things you have at home and throw together. Thanks for all the amazing recipes and I hope one day I can add some of my own!
