  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 9x13 Pan with cooking spray.
  3. Peel, core, and slice apples, lay them in the prepared pan.
  4. Cover evenly with DRY cake mix.
  5. Pour soda evenly over cake mix; DO NOT MIX.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
  7. Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, bake for an additional 30 minutes.
