  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Spray a 9x13 Pan with cooking spray.
  • Peel, core, and slice apples, lay them in the prepared pan.
  • Cover evenly with DRY cake mix.
  • Pour soda evenly over cake mix; DO NOT MIX.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
  • Cover with foil, bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil, bake for an additional 30 minutes.
