Mmmmmm good! I didn't swap out the sugar-used the 3.5 cups. I also strained my puree just because i wanted a clearer jelly. Saved the rind and made watermelon rind pickles! !! Talk about using the whole fruit!
I don't know why, but mine does not resemble your picture at all! Looks like a clear pink jelly, but we like it anyway - my daughter says it tastes like watermelon candy! I will try again later in the summer. Thanks for posting!
