Although I usually make much larger batches of candy, this was a nice change of pace, & when it was finished I didn't feel like I had to start gifting it all around! Your recipe makes a great tasting fudge & I'll be keeping the recipe for future reference! Thanks for sharing it! Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Toast the walnuts in the butter and keep them aside.
  2. Mix the chocolates and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan and heat it.
  3. Keep stirring to avoid scorching.
  4. After stirring for about 2-3 minutes mix in the crushed walnuts and the essence.
  5. Stir vigorously and when the batter is smooth and shiny pour it into a baking tray or any flat square tin to let it set.
  6. If using dessicated coconut then sprinkle that now on top and press a little.
  7. When the fudge cools down, but is still warm to touch, cut into pieces.
  8. Serve when it is not warm anymore.
