For a yummy vegan dinner, serve these with a large dollop of guacamole and a side of refried beans. I used sprouted corn tortillas and they were great!
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄2 onion
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper
- 1 portabella mushroom
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning mix
- 1 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 8 tortillas
- Slice veggies and sautee in olive oil with garlic.
- Add seasonings about half-way through cooking.
- Serve on tortillas.
These were good but I think I'll try a different seasoning on them as I didn't like the recipe I used for the fajita seasoning. I'll definitly make these again.
Oh yum! Easy is right and loaded with flavor. I used homemade seasoning. I didn't have guacamole but will next time! Great dish! Made for Vegetarian Recipe Swap.
