  1. Saute chopped mushroom stems with garlic and onion.
  2. Combine all the cheese with some salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add the mushroom/garlic/onion mix to the cheese.
  4. Combine it all and fill in the mushroom caps
  5. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
  6. Broil for another 5 minutes.
