For GT in SA, Braggs can be found in most any health food store, or Whole Foods, Wild Oats, etc. Also can be found in the "health food" section of many larger grocery stores. It is a salty, liquid seasoning made from soy, and it is wheat free and gluten free. It is non-fermented. If you can't find it, use tamari or soy sauce instead. They all have a similar flavor.

Unfortunately, this recipe is useful only if one knows what Braggs liquid aminos is, and has access to it.

Thanks! This works well enough to be passable substitute. I didn't use the sugar in my version either.
