I think it was a pretty good recipe although I thought it was a little too runny and the younger ones of my family thought it tasted "weird" I ended up using cookies and cream ice cream instead that actually didn't taste half bad.I think the sugar would be nicer with a bit more and a cut down on the amount of milk. ((possibly cut down the eggs to just one))
This was good, but I left out the eggs and sugar. I added a couple more scoops of ice cream. It was a great treat. Thank so much for the easy recipe! :)
Good flavor but way too runny for my taste. I think it would work for my family with much more ice cream and much less milk.
thanks, whoever wrote this recipe! it was so awesome! that was like the best vanilla shake ive had! and it was easy, too.
Tonight, my brother demanded a glass of vanilla milkshake all of a sudden and I 'HAD TO' try none other but this one. I scaled it down to 2 servings. I used 1 1/4 cups skimmed non-fat milk, 2 scoops vanilla ice-cream, 4 tsps. sugar and 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence. Also, as he wanted it really cold, I used 20 ice cubes for this instead of 4. The only thing I omitted was the 2 eggs. This recipe is a great one and very handy to have on hand when in mood for 'homemade' vanilla milkshake. After sipping it, my brother exclaimed, " WOW, Chinu! This is way better than the one I have at Mc Donald's!!". Oh well, that says it all, I guess:)
