  1. Mmm, mmm. I had the other ingredients, but not the chipotle so I changed it around a bit and still loved it! I used the pouch of tuna and one 8 oz. package of cream cheese. I pressed two cloves of garlic into the softened cream cheese first. I did have many of the small sweet fresh peppers, so I diced seven of them really fine and threw them in. Another idea I had was to use regular roasted red peppers if I had them instead. A small touch of seasoning salt and stirred it all up. So good - I think the garlic was a very good touch. I will make this again - I used it on endive leaves and carrot sticks. Yum. Thanks for posting, Vanessa7 - great idea.

  2. A new way to eat one of my favourite foods ~ tuna!! I really enjoyed this easy spread. My DH hates tuna so I made a third of the recipe and added only one chopped chipotle and a little diced celery for added crunch. A recipe I will make again!! `

  3. WOW! This is terrific stuff! I've been wanting to try this super easy appetizer for a long time, and I'm only sorry I didn't try it sooner. I did only use two chipotle chiles (chopped finely), and while three would give it the perfect spice for me, two gives it a nice smokey flavor with just a hint of spice - and I want my kids to be able to enjoy it, too! Fantastic on crackers, this will definitely be one of my appetizers that I make a lot. Thank you so much for sharing this amazing recipe, Vanessa!!
