"A Fellow Weight Watcher friend gave this recipe to me. Absolutely wonderful and filling comfort food. The WHOLE PAN is 12 points. My 7 year old tried it and liked it, so that's saying a lot!"

Reviews

  1. I used cheddar cheese soup instead of mushroom soup and added some sliced mushrooms. Calories per serving dropped to about 250

  2. We enjoyed this and I will make it again. I will chop my onions a little smaller as they were still slightly crispy after an hour. I will also add a little salt and pepper. There were a lot of peas, but I enjoy them so it was fine.

  3. Love it, simple and easy I make it all the time

  4. My kids eat ZERO tuna and I do not do the cooking in my house. (Yes, I am a lucky girl!). I cooked this one night when my family was all out and busy and they LOVED it! They didn't even realize it was tuna!

  5. This was good but bland for us. We thought that there were too many peas in this also. I added pepper and salt to this and that helped some. I also added a lot more cheese. I also made this on the stove and then baked it in the oven for 10 minutes topped with more cheese.

  2. We really enjoyed this dish! I had been using my mothers old recipe, which had very high fat and calories. I left out the onion as I'm not a huge fan and subbed 98% ff cream of celery instead of cream of mushroom. I also used frozen peas. I'm so glad I found this so I can save the calories and still get great taste, Thank you!
