  1. I absolutely loved this comfort food. It was easy and tasted wonderful. My husband hesitated at first, then went back for more twice!!

  2. I have to say I wasn't too sure about this recipe when I suddenly got the craving for tuna casserole. Wouldn't you know my 2 year old gobbled it up. My other half winced at it before eating two heaping bowls full. My mother used to make us a concoction of macaroni, tuna and peas. We kids later nicknamed it "Redneck Casserole." I have now given this new recipe the nickname "Gourmet Redneck Casserole." I really enjoyed this. It took me back a few years and also turned out to be quite tasty. What would I change? I may add shredded cheddar on top next time as the user below suggested. Thanks for the great weeknight meal.

  3. A cheesy tuna casserole which I made cheesier by adding grated Cheddar on top along with the crushed potato chips. Recipe did not state the size can of peas so I used the small size (8.5 ounces)nor what size casserole dish so I used a 2-quart.

  4. This was a good recipe.. I had to use what we had in the cobered. I used Velveeta shell and cheese with two cans of Albacore tuns, and all I had was cream of chicken soup.. It was good.. Very easy.. Both the kids and hubby was satified.

  5. Very good and easy. My son and daughter, both picky eaters, love this casserole. Thank you for posting.
