5 stars for simplicity! My tortilla s were only 6 inch, so I made 2! I used about 2 teaspoons of sauce per tortilla; you may like more. The cheeses used were parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar shreds. It cooked in the toaster oven for about 7 minutes. Thanks for sharing, Teresa perez. Made for Spring 2010 PAC -

My kids have all flown the coop, so I upgrade to a little elegance (?) I spread pesto sauce on a spinach or sun-dried tomato soft tortilla-- add cooked salad baby shrimp / sliced green onion/ chopped yellow peppers/ sliced black olives/ and halved grape tomatoes -- top with a little grated cheddar, moza and parmesan (not smothered) Yum!
