  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. and grease a casserole dish.
  2. Place stuffing in the casserole dish.
  3. In a saucepan, boil the rest of the ingredients for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the tomato mixture over the stuffing mixture and cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Do not remove cover until ready to serve.
