This is the easiest of easy Teriyaki sauces. It is so good, and can be put on beef, pork, chicken, as well as fish. I use it for marinating, basting, and I also use it as a table sauce. I know you're going to like it!
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sake or 1⁄4 cup dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- Place ingredients into bowl in order given.
- Mix well, and it's good to go!
- Keep in refrigerator.
- Note: I don't know how many this serves. It makes about 1 cup.
