This was positively the most yummy beverage I have tried in a long time. Step #2 suggests experimenting with the various spices until you get it right. But I know what I like, so I went heavy on cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg, and I went rather light on ginger and cardamom. And it was positively yummy on my first try.
