I rarely gush over roast, especially pork roast, but I will here! The flavor from a few ingredients deserves more than 5 stars. The roast has a nice herb undertone with garlic and onions. I loved the bay leaves here! The gravy was excellent and using the crockpot was super easy too. I made gravy with the drippings, a cornstarch slurry, and a little Kitchen Bouquet. Thank you for sharing the recipe Carrol. It's now in my keeper file. :-)
I added a can of cream of mushroom soup. The soup made a great sauce. My family really liked it so i'll make it again.
This was really good and so tender. I think I will use a little less garlic next time (personal preference). Thanks for a great recipe.
