ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup soft margarine
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed (almmost black)
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour (white or whole wheat)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
directions
- Mix together margarine, sugar, egg and banana well.
- Add flour and baking soda and fold together until dampened.
- Put into greased loaf tin and bake at 350F for 50mins.
- optional: add chocolate chips on top just before putting loaf into oven or mix 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts into batter.

I like baking fun treats way more than cooking an actual meal! My favorite things to make are muffins, cookies and pancakes. Since joining Zaar I've been making awesome meals. I can't believe I'm marinating and grilling and cooking like never before!

***** - Fabulous! I loved it, everyone here loved it, and we can't wait to make it again! A keeper and a recipe I'd recommend.
**** - Nice recipe! 'Good' as opposed to 'great', but still worth making again!
*** - Not so hot. We didn't love it, but maybe it was just because of our palates. Won't make again, but not because there was something wrong with the recipe.
** - Disappointing. Something's not right, or turned out really bad or hardly edible.
* - Does this recipe need to be proof read? I think something was missing or there was a typo because this recipe is totally un-useable.
