  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento stuffed olive
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon grated shallot
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 18 teaspoon hot sauce, you can use more if you want more of a kick
