Sweet Corn Cake just like you got at Chi Chi's Restaurants. Super Simple 3 Ingredients !
- 1 (8 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1⁄2 cup butter, Melted
- 1 (8 ounce) can creamed corn
- Mix all three ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees 35-40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Not quite as sweet as the restauraunt version. THe first time I used this recipe I realized it didn't specify what size pan & if I should grease the pan. So I used a 8x8 without extra lube...not too good results. The last time I doubled the recipe, added 1/2c honey, 1/4c chopped fresh grn chile peppers, and greased the pan...pretty close now.
