Modified this recipe, garlic worcester sauce chili flakes salt pepper. How good is that. Mmm. Delicious.
This sauce is good but not as great as I thought it would be. I'll give it a second chance and make it again soon. Thanks for the recipe.
I made this tonight when I realized that I didn't have any bottled sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour pork dish that I had already started preparing. It took about 7 minutes and I had a fabulous sauce that cost a lot less than the store bought stuff! I did increase the amounts to make .75 cup and it was the perfect amount to mix in with 1.5 lbs of diced pork, 3 cups of peppers and onions and a can of pineapple chunks, which was equal to 6 servings. Thank you for posting! This is now my go-to sweet and sour sauce!
So, so yummy and very quick to make! Restaurant quality. Doesn't make very much, so if you are a sauce-aholic, make double!!
Delicious sauce; has a nice tangy bite. I did rubbed ribs in the oven and used this sauce for dipping. Nice! Made for the Asian event in Cooking Photos.
