- 1 lb chicken breast (chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1. Cook chicken in large frying pan.
- 2. Mix together all other ingredients in separate kettle and bring to a boil.
- 3. Combine sauce and chicken together.
- 4. Good served over white rice.
