This is a great dip for crab cakes, salmon cakes, or tuna cakes--you can also use it on sandwiches--just use your imagination with this one. Try this with my recipe for Southern Salmon Cakes #58701.

- 1 teaspoon of chopped fresh cilantro
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
