These cookies are so soft and buttery. One warning though, they're so soft and light tasting that you could easily eat 4-6 and not feel like you've over done it.

These were probably the easiest cookies that I have ever made. They were soft, moist, and perfectly sweet. I cut down butter and sugar to 1 cup. As a result, flour went down to 2 cups and baking soda and baking powder were both decreased to 3/4 teaspoon. Maybe it's because each of my cookie dough was too big, they needed 11 minutes of baking time to turn golden brown. They turned out great! Will make again.

Absolutely love! My fiance is really picky when it comes to cookies & when I made these he fell in love with them.! I tried lots of sugar cookie recipe and these is by far the best!
