Very easy and tasty.
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (you can also use honey)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 dash ground nutmeg
- 1 1⁄3 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 4 cups cut fresh fruit, assorted (I use raspberries, honeydew and cantelope)
- Mix sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl.
- Stir in yogurt.
- Spoon miture into small serving bowl and sprinkle with additional ground cinnamon.
- Serve with fruit on the side.
