Quick and easy to make. They are very tasty too. Good for appetizers. I use whole jalepenos and slice them in half the ones that come pre sliced useually have more pieces then halves.
- 1 (16 ounce) canwhole jalapenos
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
- 1 hard egg yolk
- slice jalepenos in half and take the seeds out.
- combine egg yolk and cream cheese.
- spoon cream cheese mixture into jalepenos.
