Easy Stroganoff

"My Mother-in-Law gave me this recipe. I tell you, my kids eat it up. This is a very easy meal to prepare for last minute dinners. The mushrooms are optional, if you don't have them use canned, but it is delicious with or without them. Enjoy!"

  • Cook ground beef; drain.
  • Add all ingredients except the sour cream.
  • Cook down.
  • Mix in sour cream right before serving.
  • Serve over rice or egg noodles.

  1. This was a super easy and fast recipe. The sauce is creamy and the mustard adds a nice zing. I served this over rice instead of noodles because that was all I had. My DH thought it was delicious and he can be very picky about his food. I will use this again soon. Thank you for posting it.
     
  2. This is a simple, yet satisfying main dish that doesn't take long to make. I used canned mushrooms and have used yogurt before, when I was out of sour cream and it still turned out great. This doubles well. This is going in my keeper file -- thanks for sharing!
     
  3. Easy and yummy! A great way to prepare Stroganoff for families. Although, we prefer the beef version.
