With this recipe, you can have strawberry pie year round........
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cornstarch
- 1 1⁄2 cups water
- 3 ounces strawberry gelatin
- 10 ounces frozen strawberries or 1 cup fresh strawberries
- Boil together sugar, cornstarch and water til thick and clear.
- Add jell-o and cool.
- Add frozen or fresh strawberries.
- place in graham cracker crust; chill till firm.
