This was really easy to make! To cut down on calories, I changed this a bit and started with 1/2 cup of skim milk (since I'm always looking for a way to get some calcium!)instead of the orange juice, eliminated the pineapple and added more ice.

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds or until it's the way you like.
  3. You may add any vitamin you like to make your smoothie healthy, (have the vitamin crushed).
