As usual, Kitten's recipe rocks!! I didn't realize how good sauteed zucchini were. I left out the parmesan and it was still out of this world. Will be making this often! Made for Zaar Cookbook Tag Game 2011.

My husband and I loved this...I added celery to it just to use it up and it was very good...added just a nice crunch to the mix. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing.

Excellent! Probably one of the best ways I've tried to make zucchini! I increased the garlic and cut the butter/oil down to 1 T each and it was perfect. I eyeballed the italian seasoning and added a shake or two of crushed red pepper. PERFECT! Will definitely make again!

I have a bumper crop of zucchini & was eager to use some up. Why I planted zucchini I'm not sure because i'm not a huge fan...anyways, i tried your recipe & to my complete surprise, our family all gobbled this dish up & really enjoyed it! It was easy, delicious & nutritious-what more could you ask for. Thanks!

Another winner from Kittencal! I loved the addition of italian seasoning to zucchini. I normally cook my zucchini this way minus that but will add it from now on. Made for your Tag-A-Thon! XOXOXO

This was so good. I used minced garlic instead of fresh, and I added the cheese during the last couple of minutes in order to let it melt better (that's my taste preference). It turned out really good that way.

This was very yummy & cooked up quickly! I used dried minced garlic & added some minced onion. I spritzed the zucchini with butter spray & used olive oil spray to cook it in. I quartered the zucchini & forgot to use parmesan! Hopefully I'll remember next time. It had a great flavor; thank u for sharing.

This zucchini was so simple to make and very tasty. I did make a few additions. I added garlic salt and also thinly sliced onions for more flavor. Thanks for the great recipe!

YUMMY! DH ate almost all of this. I didn't have olive oil so I used 2 Tbs toasted sesame oil. Flavor was wonderful and made the perfect side dish. Thanks!

Superbly flavoursome and just so very easy to make: I wouldn't change a thing. That Italian seasoning certainly provided heaps of flavour. Thanks, KITTENCAL, for sharing another super - and so simple to make - recipe!
