They were good. They seemed a tad dry, but were still good. They still made for a good dinner last night. Made recipe exactly as posted, except cut down the salt to 1/8 teaspoon. Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders.

These are great. Easy to make. I used whole wheat lasagne noodles which came out a bit dry - didn't absorb more moisture from filling or tomato sauce? I used a whole box of noodles (12) but forgot to double the filling, lol. It all worked out. This would make a great appetizer as it is so hearty that you could serve 1 as an appy & all would be very good. :) Dh likes the whole concept & is thinking up other fillings, lol. Made for the Veg*n Swap 9/08.
