This is a tasty and healthful recipe that I make often.


  1. press garlic cloves into olive oil.
  2. cook spinach according to package instructions.
  3. remove spinach from heat.
  4. add olive oil/garlic mixture, parmesean cheese and lemon juice.
  5. enjoy!

Wow! I was looking for something different to make with pork loin, and tried this. Happily, the whole family loved it! The amount of garlic was perfect, and the lemon made a nice tang to offset the garlic. Thanks for a fast, easy, and fantastic recipe. Will definitely make this again!
