This is a tasty and healthful recipe that I make often.
- press garlic cloves into olive oil.
- cook spinach according to package instructions.
- remove spinach from heat.
- add olive oil/garlic mixture, parmesean cheese and lemon juice.
I had never made spinach before but now I will continue to use this recipe when I do. My DD loved it. Thanks for sharing Chef #650716!
Wow! I was looking for something different to make with pork loin, and tried this. Happily, the whole family loved it! The amount of garlic was perfect, and the lemon made a nice tang to offset the garlic. Thanks for a fast, easy, and fantastic recipe. Will definitely make this again!
