Quick and easy ~ and tasty! I sprinkled the fillets with garlic salt, added freshly grated black pepper, then sprinkled on the curry powder and brown sugar ~ just eyeballing it! I roasted my salmon at 425F for 10 minutes.
Simple, quick and yummy. I served it with steamed rapine and Cilantro Chile Bread. It made a great quick supper after tonight a long day. Loved the use of the curry.
This is good, and it is very easy. I actually roasted it in the oven because that is what I am used to doing with salmon - and it worked great. I am new to using curry powder, and this is a great introduction. I did add a squeeze of lime juice at the table. Thanks for posting, ellie.
