An easy recipe for one or more. Use low salt salsa, such as Enricho for a low sodium recipe.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup white rice, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons spicy salsa
  • 1 tablespoon marco polo red pepper sauce (optional)

Directions

  1. Combine salsa and red pepper sauce.
  2. Stir into rice.
  3. Heat in either microwave or pot until hot.

Most Helpful

I used brown rice and quite a bit more salsa than ask for just because of personal taste. Be sure to use a good quality salsa for this. Easy and very tasty.
