An easy recipe for one or more. Use low salt salsa, such as Enricho for a low sodium recipe.
- 1 cup white rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons spicy salsa
- 1 tablespoon marco polo red pepper sauce (optional)
- Combine salsa and red pepper sauce.
- Stir into rice.
- Heat in either microwave or pot until hot.
I used brown rice and quite a bit more salsa than ask for just because of personal taste. Be sure to use a good quality salsa for this. Easy and very tasty.
