Yummy, my mum makes the Turkish Cypriot version of this, but she could never tell me the recipe because she uses estimates with her hands for the amounts. So I'm glad I found a similar recipe that we all enjoyed. The only change I did was I used egg substitute otherwise kept to the recipe. The taste was wonderful. Thank you Allybee Z

Eldest daughter's favorite and since her favorite Spanakopita cook is in France right now, I substituted this easier prep recipe. It was a quick and fairly easy, and tasty version!

I love the Spanakopita triangles - a great food for that Super Bowl party or other parties. Easy to make, tastes like you slaved for hours in the kitchen! And they are very, very addicting! Thanks for the great recipe and the great way to make it a bit different and still love the wonderful flavors of this delightful dish.
