    Directions:

      Heat saucepan of water , add 2 teaspoons salt and when just coming to the boil add spaghetti and cook until just soft.

      Into a frypan put 2 tablespoons cooking oil and heat.
    3. 3
      Add finely dice garlic and fry for approx 1 minute.

      Add 1 diced onion and fry till clear.
    5. 5
      Add minced meat, mix and cook until just browned.
    6. 6
      Add tin of crushed tomatoes and tin four bean mix beans, salt and pepper to taste.

      Stir and simmer for 8 minutes, putting 1/4 cup of chopped parsley in half way through.

      Assemble spaghetti on plates, top with minced meat mixture and then combination of cheddar and parmesan cheese.
