Easy Spaghetti

- 1 (1 lb) box spaghetti
- 1 (24 ounce) bottle Prego spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb ground beef
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- olive oil
- crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons sugar (or more if you like it sweeter)
directions
- Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain oil.
- Add Prego Sauce to meat, stir.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil (I usually just make an "S" shape on top of the sauce and leave it at that).
- Add the sugar, and sprinkle in some crushed red pepper (to taste).
- Stir and heat on low so it doesn't splatter everywhere.
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
- Prepare the spaghetti as indicated on box. Remember add noodles at rolling boil for at least 9-10 minutes for "done" noodles.
- Drain in collander. Do not rinse.
- Add noodles to a plate and top with sauce, and Parmesan cheese, or shredded medium cheddar on top!
